It is in my blood, and I know some NHL players personally. Vladimir Konstantinov was a warrior who was both feared and respected in the NHL. He modified and adapted his game to be the type of physical presence of Chris Chelios, which I believe he did quite well. He mastered the art of the legal blueline hit, and you can see that the vast majority of his game-changing hits were legal. In the opinion of many who study and love the game, Vlad is a heroic figure and a historic player in the game of ice hockey. I am a long-time hockey fan.
